For realize the idea, the process include thinking, sketching, 3D modeling, 3D printing, and countless of improvement, until everything of the design is fine, then start to test on different 3d printer in different country, and make improvement again, until all run out good result.

The door and hook part can switch between the same series.

Different strenth at nonmetallic selflex door design bring difference spring feel strenth.

selflex reverse door function
This is a very useful function of selflex, when you need hook in some big guy, you can reverse the door to open out to hook in and twist the door back.
Printable carabiner load capacity
Design for general FDM 3D printer print by PLA or ABS material.
When print on scale 1, infill 50%, nozzle 0.4mm, shell loop 3, general can load 15-35kg load.
ABS is better than PLA on tensile load and flexible spring strength.
